NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – 13 JUNE 2018

The Law Enforcement Conduct Commission is conducting an investigation into the police handling of a female prisoner in an inner-city police station in April 2016.

The Commission has taken evidence in private from the involved officers and will convene at 10:00am on Wednesday 13 June to receive submissions from the officers’ legal representatives regarding the findings to be made in the investigation.
