On 18 December 2025, a critical incident was declared by the NSW Police Force (NSWPF) at Tanglewood. The Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) was notified of the critical incident by the NSWPF.  The NSWPF are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
