Critical Incident Media Alert - Monitoring of Critical Incidents at Yagoona, Bulga & Goulburn

On 5 March 2023 three critical incidents were declared by the NSW Police Force (NSWPF). One each in Yagoona, Bulga and Goulburn. The Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) was notified of the critical incidents by the NSWPF.

The NSWPF are investigating the circumstances of the incidents and the investigations will be reviewed by the Professional Standards Command. The LECC is independently monitoring the investigation of each critical incident under Part 8 of the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission Act 2016 to ensure public confidence in the investigation.
