Operation Winjana examined: 1. whether a member of staff of the NSW Crime Commission and others associated with him were involved in criminal activity or serious misconduct, and 2. the practices and procedures of the NSW Crime Commission in the conduct of actions under the Criminal Assets Recovery Act 1990.
