On page 23 of the 2014-2025 Annual Report, the word 'ongoing' should be removed from the sentence reading 'The Commission made the following referrals from ongoing investigations during the reporting period.' The title of Table 12 should have the word ongoing removed and should read 'Referrals from Investigations'. Operation Binda was finalised during the reporting period.
