Provide Information

Before you report to the LECC...

  1. Understand what we do
  2. Are you submitting a complaint or providing information?
  3. What we will and will not investigate or oversight
  4. Check if we are the right NSW agency to contact
  5. How we protect your privacy
  6. Be aware that you will not be contacted further unless deemed necessary.
What information do you wish to report?
How can LECC contact you?

LECC will not be contacting you after you submit this information.  However, we encourage you to contact LECC if you think it is necessary.

A complaints form is also available if an incident escalates or you have personally been a recipient of a serious misconduct.

If your matter is outside of LECC's scope for oversight or investigation, it may be more suitable for us to pass the information (or part of it) onto the NSW Police Force or NSW Crime Commission for handling.  If you do not consent to us directly referring your information, you can untick the box below.
